1. Be kind, classy and courteous

We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Please treat everyone with respect. Please keep it classy and family friendly. No vulgar or disrespectful posts or language will be allowed; these will be deleted without warning. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required. No politics, rude comments or disrespect will be tolerated.

2. Be responsible for yourself and personal property.

Lady Yotas is not a travel service, guide service, etc. We are simply like minded women encouraging other like minded women to gather and explore safely. If you or your vehicle become injured or impaired in any way, Lady Yotas is in no way shape or form liable. By participating in this group or attending events you are agreeing to these terms.

3. No promotion of other groups or vendors

We are all members of other groups and are passionate about them. Out of respect for everyone and the hard work put into creating this group, we will not allow individuals to promote other groups or vendors without written permission from the admins. We want to keep this group a safe place to connect without drama.

4. No promotions or spam

Give more than you take in this group. Self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links aren't allowed.

5. No hate speech or bullying

Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated. Disrespectful or vulgar language is not necessary or tolerated.

6. Respect everyone's privacy

Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group. This includes not allowing screenshots of posts.

7. Locked profiles will not be accepted.

If you have a locked profile that prevents admins and moderators from viewing, your request to join will be denied.

8. Keep it classy

Please remember this is a ladies group. Please no vulgar, inappropriate or disrespectful posts or comments. These will be removed by admins. We want this to be a safe and welcoming place for all women.

9. No lady left behind

Please when joining each other for an event DO NOT venture off on your own. If you are not comfortable with the route, plan etc please let the leader know and we will make every accommodation possible to get you back. If you are comfortable leaving on your own and know your way, please still communicate with the leader as we check our numbers throughout an activity. While everyone is responsible for their own safety, we want everyone to be safe, accounted for and use the buddy system.
