Announcement!!

Ladies,

Long read, but bear with us!

First off, we want to say thank you to each and every one of you for being a part of Lady Yotas! We started less than a year ago and today we are at almost 4,000 members. Thank you for being a positive, supportive and amazing group of ladies that love all types of adventures!

This group started because we wanted to provide a safe space for women only to learn, ask questions, build relationships and make memories.

When Nia first asked me to help her create this group, I thought she was crazy. (I kind of still stand by that, but not because of the group. After 15 years she’s wearing on me and I guess we are kinda friends. 😂)

She bought her 2022 TRD Pro 4Runner, Rebel, and immediately started joining all the groups and researching mods. She took it to a local off-road shop a few days after purchasing it and before she knew it had purchased a bunch of modifications that she didn’t know a single thing about. She left her truck there and a few days later came back to pick it up. Then immediately started posting pictures of her now lifted truck on social media, on the predominantly male Toyota groups, and got absolutely shredded. The comments were so cruel that her heart sank, and she instantly regretted having the mods done. The shop had taken off her PRO suspension, and installed an aftermarket subpar suspension system that was absolute garbage.

One guy on one of the pages was actually helpful and kind and messaged to tell her that she had been taken advantage of and to take her truck to L&C Trucks in Oregon City. She went to see Chase the very next day and told him what had happened, how much she had spent on her truck mods, and that she felt so defeated. Chase went outside to see what the other shop had done. He immediately crawled underneath her truck and spent some time taking a look at what was installed. He came out from under the truck and said, “Yep you’ve been taken advantage of and this is pretty bad”. He told her to contact the shop that had taken off the Pro suspension and get everything back from them. She did exactly that and then they started the process of reconstructing the aftermarket build from scratch. Chase worked with Nia over the next several months to get the build she has today. He took the time to explain the good, better, best options and find out not only what look she wanted for her 4Runner, but what she wanted to do with it.

Chase has spent his entire life working on all types of vehicles, from racecars to dump trucks. He and his wife have been together for 18 years and have two amazing children, 7 and 5. They love spending family time together and enjoy boating, biking, camping and just being together with friends and family. After some time in construction with his dad, they decided to open a shop in 2009. They have been at the same location in downtown Oregon City for the majority of that time.

At L&C they specialize in custom work for any type of vehicle and do what normal repair shops won’t do. They focus on suspension, wheels, tires, toolboxes and ladder racks, lighting, bed covers, grille guards and bumpers, interior accessories, exhaust and intake, storage solutions, recovery gear, towing equipment, roof racks, and basically any exterior accessory or custom parts. While they do not pursue regular repairs, they do offer suspension, steering repairs and basic maintenance, like engine oil changes, diff fluids and more.

At L&C their priority is to provide honest customer service and to stand behind their work. All of this is why we are proud to announce our official partnership between L&C and Lady Yotas! Chase is being generous enough to offer every Lady Yota a discount when you mention you heard about him from Lady Yotas. We are passionate about helping you all have the confidence to get out and enjoy what your Yotas can do and have someone you can trust to help you get there. Let’s show Chase and L&C Trucks some love and let him help your vehicle be everything you want it to be.

Don’t worry ladies, if you aren’t local or aren’t sure what you want to do, he can also do a full build consult for $150. He can give you a specific list for your build and even order the parts for you, so you know you can trust what you are getting. Give him a call!

Chase, thank you for joining us in this partnership and supporting our ladies!
